JfL Online Network
The Jobs for Life Online Network is a web-based platform we designed to help mobilize and connect the Church to address joblessness.
We created the Network with you in mind. You can use this technology to facilitate your ministry, promote your classes, and build relationships. In many ways the Network can free you up so you can spend more time focusing on what matters most...building meaningful and lasting relationships with students and your volunteers.
BENEFITS OF THE ONLINE NETWORK
The Online Network allows you to create or join a larger online community and to share stories. It encourages a better experience for students as they interact with leaders and peers. Leaders learn from each other as they share ideas and post questions.
While logged in to the Online Network, you will be able to easily distribute curriculum and tools to your students and volunteers. Adapt the JfL curriculum to suit your students! As a leader, you will be able to access multiple administrative tools, including those for session planning and for creating the course syllabus.
The Online Network is a wonderful tool for tracking students' information and progress. You will be able to share student records with other leaders and volunteers in your class. With such effient record-keeping, you will more easily be able to determine students' readiness for graduation or work.
You can now share your stories quicker, easier, and in multiple ways through the stories format and social media outlets right on the Online Network home page. Like, share, and comment through the Network, while linking to your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google+ accounts.
With the Online Network's Resource Library, you will be able to access documents and audio and video files on topics related to leading your site and working with mentors and students.
