Webinar: Dealing with Narcissism in the Workplace

Do you work with someone who takes credit for your hard work, gets jealous of your accomplishments, or gives you backhanded compliments? Someone that wants to look good and be seen as the best—even if it means bringing others down?

These are just a few signs you may be working with someone with narcissism. And if you're not careful, this could result in damage to your career, your business, and even your reputation.

Join us for our next JfL "Connections" Leadership Development Webinar on Thursday, June 14th from 12-1PM (ET) as our guest facilitator, Omar King (Pastoral Counselor, Bridgehaven Counseling Associates) will share his personal and professional insight on how you can effectively identify and deal with narcissism in your company or organization.

We will be answering some of these questions:

  • What is Narcissism/Narcissistic Personality Disorder?
  • What are the characteristics of someone who is on the extreme of the narcissistic spectrum?
  • How do narcissists exist and manifest themselves in the workplace?
  • How would one protect themselves and their colleagues against the dangers of narcissism?
