JfL CORE Class Training helps you and your team utilize the JfL Class tool and will teach the necessary steps to plan, start and sustain a Jobs for Life ministry at your church or organization.

Throughout this live training course, JfL staff and experienced leaders teach biblical principles, proven strategies and key logistics that will assist your organization in preparing men and women for meaningful work. The training consists of interactive facilitation and group discussions and exercises.

JfL CORE Training is required to gain access to Jobs for Life tools and resources, to gain access to purchase the JfL curricula, and to be certified to facilitate a JfL class or PfL class. For new JfL sites, a minimum of two team members from your organization must be in attendance.

There are currently three options for JfL CORE Training available for new JfL Sites:

Option #1: JfL Hosted Trainings

Trainings initiated by Jobs for Life in strategic locations throughout the country/world.

Option #2: Personalized Training

JfL Trainers are engaged by church/organization to train up to 35 members of your team and volunteers in your home city.

• Cost: $2,500 + travel expenses
• Interested in hosting a personalized training for your church or organization? Please contact training@jobsforlife.org.


Option #3: Partner Hosted Training

JfL Trainers are engaged by a church/organization who will open up the training in their home city to other churches/organizations in their region. Up to 35 participants may attend.

• Cost: $2,500 + travel expenses (shared by partner organizations)

Debriefing Sessions

To complement this training, each Site that completes JfL CORE will receive a two-hour Debriefing Coaching Session after facilitating its first class with a Certified Trainer to discuss a S.W.O.T. Analysis. The Certified Trainer will assess the findings and submit a detailed report to the Site Leader with suggested next steps.
