David Spickard is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jobs for Life (JfL). Having joined JfL in 1999 as its Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Spickard was appointed JfL's CEO in January 2006.
JfL is a national organization that equips churches and organizations in over 100 U.S. cities through the distribution of biblically-based tools and materials to train men and women for success at work and life.
While overseeing JfL's growth, Mr. Spickard has engaged audiences across the U.S. motivating and equipping them to join JfL in its efforts to reach out to and support those struggling with unemployment and underemployment. Through these efforts, JfL classes are now taking place in suburban and urban churches, prisons, re-entry programs, shelters, YMCAs, ministries to at risk youth, and many more engaging thousands of individuals and volunteers across the country.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Spickard received his Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University and a degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Spickard currently serves as the chair of the Re-entry committee for Prison Fellowship's Operation Starting Line Network and as an Elder at Christ the King Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC. He and his wife, Alice, live in the Raleigh area and have four children.

Paula Bryan, Director of Customer Support

Paula Bryan is the Director of Customer Support
for Jobs for Life. Ms. Bryan’s primary focus is to assist
potential customers to fully understand the available resources
through JfL that will help them become a JfL site and to work
along side existing sites to provide technical support that
will ensure that they are properly equipped to obtain the
most effective results.
Ms. Bryan brings to Jobs for Life an expertise in customer
service, business development and recruitment. Prior to joining
JfL, Ms. Bryan served as the Senior Vice President of the
executive search firm, Angel Group, LLC. Earlier in her career
she served as Regional Training Manager for the Hertz Corporation,
with responsibility for customer service development and training.
Ms. Bryan is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She and
her husband, Andy, currently live in the Raleigh area.
